Weeks 1-8: Assisting senior stylists behind the chair as an hourly employee while taking clients behind the chair on off days as a commission stylist of the salon. Weekly hands-on education with our education team.
Weeks 9-24: Continuing to assist as an hourly employee. Working as a commission stylist of the salon. Building a clientele and learning to run a business with the mentorship, education and backing of the salon.
Education Weekly on Mondays.
