what to expect
as a client at Mosaic:
During the booking process, your stylist will go over your current hair as well as your desired result. This is usually done via text, so please send current photos in natural lighting so we have a clear idea of how long to book for your appointment.
All Mosaic stylists charge hourly and set their own schedules, so they will let you know how long they are booking you for as well as how many visits may be required to get the look. Charging hourly allows us to have full pricing transparency, to charge based on each stylist’s level of experience, demand and education, and to achieve your desired result without limitations, preventing you from having sticker shock at the end of your service.
For hair extensions, your artist will have you come in for an in person consultation to choose which method, length and color will best suit your needs.
Upon arrival at Mosaic, you will be greeted by one of our boutique sales associates who will let your stylist know that you’ve arrived and offer you a drink and/or snack. Your stylist will take it from there. Making sure our clients feel heard, respected and valued is our number one priority. If a stylist’s price point or availability ever moves beyond your comfort level or scheduling capabilities, we are committed to keeping you at Mosaic and you’re welcome to switch to another stylist at any time.

One of our core values at Mosaic is our deep love for the community we live and work in. We show that value in two ways: The Green Circle and The Women’s Circle
As a certified Green Circle salon, we are dedicated to eliminating as much salon waste as possible. That means we collect over 300lbs of plastic, aluminum, hair clippings and single use items each year and send it to a processing company that takes that waste and recycles it into usable goods. Recycled plastics are cleaned, ground down and made into new bottles. Aluminum is melted down and used to make bicycles. Recycled hair clippings become bio-composite plastic. We also encourage our clients to bring in their empty shampoo and conditioner bottles for us to refill at a discount.
We also donate to a local non profit called The Women’s Circle which is dedicated to supporting women’s health and wellbeing in the Panhandle. Along with our corporate sponsorship, Kendra serves on the Grant Selection Committee each year. We do two events a year at Mosaic where 10% of retail proceeds go directly to The Women’s Circle.

Everything that you find in our beauty section is a hand-picked favorite of our stylists. We don't want you to leave the salon with hair that you love only to find that you can't recreate that look at home. We also don't want you to waste the investment you've made into your color or hair extensions just to damage them with drug store products. Need a product recommendation? We're here to help! Come visit us Tuesday through Saturday from 10-6 or send us a message and we can invoice and ship.

One time investment of $340-$770 depending on length and color.
