We want Mosaic to be the name that people trust and love for bridal hair and makeup. Brides won’t even have to stress about who their glam squad will be because they know that we are professional, highly trained, and able to accommodate weddings of all sizes. Mosaic is known all across the Panhandle as THE team to contact for bridal hair and makeup. We also use this business as a way to train and elevate freelance hairdressers and makeup artists who aren’t currently as booked as they want to be or want extra work in the bridal industry but don’t want to do their own advertising, contracting and invoicing. Our goal is for our team members to get as much work as they want. Once you’re booked for a wedding, you will be given a call time and a list of services that have been booked and all you have to do is show up with your kit ready to make magic happen. We focus a lot of attention on our team members’ happiness. Our team is the backbone of our company, representing our brand, and our goal is to build not only client loyalty, but team loyalty. The team is paid well for the work they do and keeping them happy is a top priority. You also get a 10% boutique discount and access to free in-salon education.

Weeks 9-24: Continuing to assist as an hourly employee. Working as a commission stylist of
the salon. Building a clientele and learning to run a business with the mentorship,
education and backing of the salon.
pROGRAM OUTLINE:

The goal for our apprenticeship program is to be the intermediary between cosmetology school and your career. This 6 month program will give new cosmetologists the advanced training, mentorship, and support that they need to build confidence in their skills and begin building a clientele. At the end of this program you will have a chair in our salon and be given 1 year of client referrals to build the business of your dreams.
